本文为上海工业党委宣传部张振方同志今年三月在上钢三厂由冶金政研会主持召开的冶金企业形象塑造研讨会上所作报告的部分内容。文章题目由编者所加,该文共讲述九个问题:一、确立企业效益与社会效益相统一的企业价值观;二、重新提炼反映企业价值观的企业精神;三、推行行为规范,把职业道德建设落到实处;四、建立培养、使用、凝聚、激励人才的机制;五、实施名厂、名牌、名人的“三名”战略;六、营造健康、向上,追求真、善、美的文化氛围;七、树立企业形象人格化的模范人物;八、重视环境标识,实现企业的第一印象;九、塑造企业形象需要处理好的几个关系。
This article is part of a report made by Comrade Zhang Zhenfang, Propaganda Department of Shanghai Industrial Party Committee, at the seminar on shaping the metallurgical enterprise image hosted by the Metallurgical Institute in March this year. Article title is added by the editor, the article altogether tells nine questions: First, establishes the enterprise benefit and the social benefit unified enterprise value; Second, refines the enterprise spirit reflecting the enterprise value; Third, promotes the behavior standard, the occupation moral construction Implement the “three” strategy of fame factory, famous brand and celebrity; and six, create a healthy and progressive cultural atmosphere seeking truth, kindness and beauty; Seven, to establish the personalization of the corporate image of a model character; Eight, pay attention to environmental labeling, to achieve the first impression of the enterprise; Nine, shaping the corporate image need to handle several relationships.
