在12只切断两侧缓冲神经和迷走神经的麻醉大鼠,观察了心外膜应用腺苷对脊髓、延髓和丘脑c-fos原癌基因表达的影响。结果显示:在心外膜应用腺着组大鼠,动脉血压和心率无明显变化;脊髓T3节段背角、延髓巨细胞旁外侧核(PGL)以及丘脑的腹后外侧核(VPL)、后核(Po)、中央外侧核(CL)和束旁核(PF)等部位Fos蛋白样免疫阳性反应(FLI)神经元显著增加;而在溶剂对照组大鼠,仅见少数FLI细胞。以上结果提示,心外膜应用眼苷可引起脊髓、延髓和丘脑等多个部位与痛觉有关的神经元兴奋。
Effects of epicardial adenosine on c-fos proto-oncogene expression in the spinal cord, medulla oblongata, and thalamus were observed in 12 anesthetized rats with bilateral buffering nerves and vagus nerves cut off. The results showed that there was no significant change in arterial blood pressure and heart rate in the epicardium group, while the T3 segment dorsal horn, medulla oblongata medulla oblongata (PGL) and thalamic ventromedial nucleus (VPL) Fos-like immunoreactive (FLI) neurons were significantly increased in the control group (Po), central lateral nucleus (CL) and parafascicular nucleus (PF). Only a few FLI cells were found in the solvent control group. These results suggest that epicardial application of eosin can cause spinal cord, medulla oblongata and other parts of the pain-related neurons excited.
