拉脊山隧道开挖过程中,在隧道出口及局部洞身堆积有厚度不等的残坡积、冲洪积碎石层,厚度较大,最大厚度大于70m,孔隙发育,地下水富存,对隧道开挖过程中的稳定性影响较大,在开挖过程中需对围岩进行加固。文章通过对比模型试验,研究了TSS注浆管与小导管注浆对破碎围岩的作用机理,探讨了TSS注浆管的效果。实践证明,分析过程是正确的,其结果对以后的类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
In the process of excavation of Lajishan tunnel, there are residual slope products with different thickness accumulated at the exit of the tunnel and local caves. The alluvial-graded macadam layer is thick with a maximum thickness of more than 70m. The pores develop and the groundwater is rich. The stability of the excavation process has a greater impact on the surrounding rock in the excavation process to be reinforced. By comparing the model tests, the paper studies the mechanism of the grouting of TSS grouting pipes and small ducts on the crushed surrounding rock and discusses the effect of TSS grouting pipes. Practice has proved that the analysis process is correct, the results of a similar project for some reference.
