[目的] 观察加减六君子汤合用西药治疗十二指肠溃疡的近期疗效。[方法] 40 例经内镜诊断为活动性十二指肠溃疡患者采用随机、对照实验的方法,用加减六君子汤加奥美拉唑20 mg, qd,治疗4周,幽门螺杆菌阳性者加阿莫西林0 5 g bid和灭滴灵0 2 g bid治疗2周,观察临床症状和内镜下的成熟度。[结果] 治疗4周,治疗组和对照组患者的胃脘痛和吞酸症状均有明显减轻,治疗组症状改善显著(P<0 05);内镜下治疗组获得 S2 期较对照组多(P<0 05);治疗期间未发现不良反应。[结论] 加减六君子汤合用西药治疗十二指肠溃疡可以提高近期临床疗效。 [Objective] To observe the short-term curative effect of adding or subtracting Liujunzi Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating duodenal ulcer. [Method] Forty patients with active duodenal ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients were treated with plus or minus sixteen omeprazole 20 mg qd for 4 weeks. Add amoxicillin 0 5 g bid and metronidazole 0 2 g bid for 2 weeks to observe the clinical symptoms and endoscopic maturation. [Results] The treatment group and the control group had significant reduction of the symptoms of stomach pain and tonicosis, and the symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly (P <0.05). The number of S2 in the endoscopic treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). No adverse reactions were found during the treatment. [Conclusion] The addition and subtraction of Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer can improve the short-term clinical curative effect.
