白虎汤是《伤寒论》经典方之一,是中医清气热的代表方剂。由石膏、知母、甘草、粳米四药组成。具清气热、泻胃火、生津止渴作用,对外感热病、气分热盛的壮热、烦渴、脉洪大等证,有独到的疗效。故历代医家都十分重视此方。《伤寒论》把它列为阳明经证主方,温病学把它作为清气分热的代表方。中医许多清热剂都以它为基础方而加减,如“白虎加人参汤”、“白虎加苍术汤”和“白虎桂枝汤”等。1700多年来,白虎汤仍不失为临床上清热剂的重要基础方。现代药理研究证明,白虎汤确具解热作用,对乙脑、流感也有较好疗效。为进一步阐明白虎汤解热及其作用原理,我们结合中医理论进行了实验和探讨。
White tiger soup is one of the classics of the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and is a representative formula of TCM’s clear air and heat. By plaster, Zhimu, licorice, glutinous rice four drugs. With clear heat, diarrhea stomach fire, thirst quencher, external sensational fever, gas heat Sheng heat, polydipsia, pulse flood and other cards, has a unique effect. Therefore, ancient physicians attach great importance to this side. The “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” listed it as the master of the Yangming Classics, and the epidemiology used it as a representative of the vitalization of the Qing. Many traditional Chinese medicine heat-removing agents are based on its addition and subtraction, such as “white tiger plus ginseng soup”, “white tiger plus herb soup” and “white tiger twig soup” and so on. For more than 1700 years, white tiger soup has remained an important basis for clinical heat-clearing agents. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Baihu Decoction has antipyretic effects and has a good effect on JE and flu. To further elucidate the antipyretic effect of Hu Tang and its principle of action, we conducted experiments and discussions based on traditional Chinese medicine theory.
