企业人员总量过剩,关键生产岗位人员紧张;企业转方式调结构,造成大量员工等待安置,而新投产的产线,熟练技术工人和优秀管理者短缺,这是目前钢铁企业人力资源管理面临的突出问题。本文简要分析钢企结构性缺员现状,并提出解决对策。
The total amount of enterprise personnel is excessive, and the personnel in key production positions are in short supply; enterprises are changing their structure to adjust the structure, resulting in a large number of employees waiting to be resettled, and there is a shortage of new production lines, skilled workers and excellent managers. This is currently facing the human resources management of steel enterprises. Outstanding issue. This article briefly analyzes the structural status of steel companies, and proposes solutions.
