中小企业是市场经济的主体,构建中小企业营销服务体系对我国经济的发展和企业营销服务质量的提高都具有重要的意义。文章分析了我国中小企业营销服务现状,据此提出了服务体系的构建方法,并研究了绩效评价指标的确定与评价模型的构建方法。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main body of market economy. It is of great significance to construct marketing service system for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the economic development and service quality of our country. The article analyzes the status quo of marketing services for SMEs in China, and puts forward the construction method of service system and studies how to determine the performance evaluation index and how to construct the evaluation model.
