21世纪的任何发展都是迅速的,在经济、企业全球化发展的大环境下,电力企业也逐渐平稳快速的发展起来.,但是毕竟起步较晚,它面对的是十分激烈的社会竞争,因此要想让电力企业在社会中平稳立足,就必须提高自身的能力和地位。而如何提高、怎样提高就成为了最先要弄明白的问题。本文,笔者就分析电力企业的发展特点,结合当代的社会环境及趋势来具体谈一谈电力企业人力资源用工的现状与改进措施。
Any development in the 21st century is rapid, and under the environment of economy and enterprise globalization, the power companies have also gradually and smoothly developed rapidly.
