[目的]建立一种高效液相色谱测定除虫脲原药中对氯苯胺含量的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Kromosil-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L/min,在242 nm波长下对除虫脲原药中对氯苯胺进行定量分析。[结果]当对氯苯胺质量浓度在0.06~2.50 mg/L范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,平均回收率为110.9%。[结论]方法准确、快速,适用于除虫脲原药及其他产品中对氯苯胺残留的定量分析。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of chloroaniline in diflubenzuron by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The gradient elution was carried out on a Kromosil-C 18 column with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL / min by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at a wavelength of 242 nm Drugs for quantitative analysis of chloroaniline. [Result] When the concentration of p - chloroaniline was in the range of 0.06-2.50 mg / L, the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9997 and the average recovery was 110.9%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate and rapid and was suitable for the quantitative analysis of chloroaniline residue in the original drug of diflubenzuron and other products.
