以普光高含硫气田深井聚磺钻井液废液为对象,用破胶絮凝技术、固结稳定技术和pH调整技术,研究了钻井废液复合固化处理的药剂配方及工艺。结果表明,PJ-01破胶效果优于单一的铝盐和铁盐。PJ-01用量为12 g/L、石灰和水泥各为100 g/L、单独使用时固化物浸出液COD分别为873 mg/L、4 515 mg/L,复合使用时浸出液COD≤518 mg/L,说明两者有一定协同作用;调整剂>30 g/L时,浸出液pH<9、COD<200 mg/L。正交实验优选的破胶-固结-调整复合固化工艺的药剂配方为:PJ-01 20 g/L、石灰125 g/L、水泥100 g/L、调整剂20 g/L,采用该工艺处理普光气田深井聚磺钻井液废液,浸出液除COD≤150 mg/L外,其他指标均符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)1级标准要求。
