某水电厂新投运的220 kV交联电缆运行中突然发生故障,电缆导体对屏蔽形成贯穿性故障。为分析寻找引发故障原因,对电缆进行解剖试验分析,认为电缆可能存在外半导层贯穿性损伤,并对结果进行了验证试验和有限元电场模拟计算分析,结果与结论相吻合。
A 220 kV cross-linked cable newly put into operation in a hydropower plant suddenly breaks down during operation, and the conductor of the cable conducts a penetrating failure. In order to find out the cause of the fault, the cable was anatomized and analyzed. It is considered that the outer semiconducting layer may have penetrating damage to the cable. The results are verified and the finite element electric field simulation is carried out. The result is consistent with the conclusion.
