目的:建立生姜-陈皮药对的HPLC指纹图谱,研究配伍前后指标性成分的含量变化。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长280nm;柱温30℃;进样量10μL。结果:生姜-陈皮药对HPLC指纹图谱有13个共有峰,其中4个来源于生姜,9个来源于陈皮;4、5、7、8、11、12、13号峰分别对应芸香柚皮苷、橙皮苷、川陈皮素、6-姜酚、8-姜酚、6-姜烯酚、10-姜酚;配伍前后峰的数目没有变化,指标性成分的含量均有所提高。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,指纹图谱专属性强,为研究生姜、陈皮的配伍探索提供一定参考。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of ginger-dried tangerine peel and study the changes of the content of the index components before and after compatibility. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) - water (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃; injection volume 10μL. Results: Ginger-dried tangerine peel had 13 common peaks on HPLC fingerprints, of which 4 were from ginger and 9 from dried tangerine peel. The peaks 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 correspond to rutin, naringin , Hesperidin, nobiletin, 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 6-shogaol and 10-gingerol. The number of peak before and after compatibility did not change, and the content of the index components increased. Conclusion: The method is stable, reliable and fingerprint-specific. It provides a reference for the compatibility exploration of ginger and tangerine peel.
