[目的]建立番茄中乙撑硫脲和丙撑硫脲残留量的高效液相色谱分析法。[方法]番茄样品用碱性乙腈提取,PSA净化,高效液相色谱测定。[结果]方法的最低检出量为0.038 ng;最低检出质量分数为0.01 mg/kg,乙撑硫脲和丙撑硫脲的平均回收率分别为72.4%~105.5%、72.8%~100.2%,相对标准偏差分别为2.6%~4.9%、3.1%~3.5%。[结论]方法的灵敏度、准确度及精密度符合农药残留分析要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of ethylene thiourea and propyl thiourea residue in tomato. [Method] The tomato samples were extracted with basic acetonitrile, purified with PSA and determined by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The detection limit was 0.038 ng. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg / kg. The average recoveries of ethylene thiourea and propylene thiourea were 72.4% -105.5% and 72.8% -100.2%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 2.6% ~ 4.9% and 3.1% ~ 3.5% respectively. [Conclusion] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
