目的:对通脉刺五加胶囊含量测定方法进行改进。方法:以30％乙醇为溶剂,考察加热溶解时间对含量的影响;分别以30％乙醇和60％乙醇为溶剂,比较两者的提取率是否存在显著性差异。结果:样品以60％乙醇为溶剂,于45℃加热40 min,使芦丁提取完全。结论:拟订的方法可对通脉刺五加胶囊含量测定方法的改进提供参考依据。
Objective: To improve the determination method of Tongmai Acanthopanax Capsules. Methods: The effect of heating and dissolving time on the content was studied using 30% ethanol as solvent. The 30% ethanol and 60% ethanol were used as solvents to compare whether there was a significant difference in the extraction rate. Results: The sample was heated with 60% ethanol as solvent at 45 °C for 40 min to completely extract the rutin. Conclusion: The method proposed can provide reference for the improvement of the determination method of Tongmai Acanthopanax Senticosus.
