用50％熟地黄注射液治疗银屑病41例获显著效果。剂量2～4毫升/日。用小鼠作为动物实验模型探讨熟地黄的作用机理。研究表明,熟地黄有抑制上皮细胞有丝分裂的作用。
Treatment of 41 cases of psoriasis with 50% Rehmannia injection has a significant effect. Dosage 2 to 4 ml/day. Mouse was used as an animal experimental model to investigate the mechanism of action of Rehmannia glutinosa. Studies have shown that Rehmannia glutinosa inhibits mitosis in epithelial cells.
