一、银行会计人员素质不能适应银行业务发展的需要.某行最近举行了一次会计实务考试,考试内容基本是日常业务操作.及格率竟达不到60%,不及格的人中有的还是基层行处的会计科长.造成银行会计人员素质不高的主要原因有三个:1、岗前培训流于形式.近年来,大中专毕业生与外系统人员不断地充实到银行会计队伍,他们没有接触过银行业务,而目前的岗前培训只是让新行员大致了解本行的业务,并没有针对新行员的岗位要求进行培训.新会计人员缺乏防范风险应有的知识和经验,又得不到针对性的培训,未经考核即上岗,其风险可想而知.2、岗中培训考核极少.随着银行业务的拓展,新法规的出台,要求银行会计人员不断地学习,会计职能部门加强对会计人员培训.但是,许多行处基本上达不到每年一次业务考核,更不用说办培训班了.3、银行基层会计人员不稳定.由于目前各行均以存款任务为员工主要考核指标,许多会计人员不安于从事既繁重又琐碎的基层会计工作,刚熟悉岗位业务又调去别的部门.
