前言本标准按照GB/T1.1-2009《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规则起草。本标准由贵州省质量技术监督局提出。本标准由贵州省茶叶研究所归口。贵州茶叶鲜叶分级1范围本标准规定了贵州名优绿茶、名优工夫红茶、大宗茶鲜叶的分级及各级鲜叶的质量要求。本标准适用于贵州名优绿茶、名优工夫红茶、大宗茶鲜叶的分级。2鲜叶质量鲜叶质量应为适制绿茶或红绿兼制茶树良种的 Foreword This standard was drafted in accordance with GB / T1.1-2009 “Standardization Guide Part 1: Structure and preparation of the standard” given by the rules. This standard proposed by the Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard is owned by Guizhou Tea Research Institute. Guizhou fresh leaves grading 1 Scope This standard specifies the Guizhou famous green tea, famous gongfu black tea, fresh tea leaves grading and the quality requirements of fresh leaves at all levels. This standard applies to Guizhou famous green tea, famous gongfu black tea, fresh tea leaves grading. 2 fresh leaf quality The quality of fresh leaves should be suitable for green tea or red and green tea varieties
