Objective To explore the impact of planned delivery and spontaneous delivery of two different modes of delivery on maternal delivery outcomes. Methods 162 cases of full-term pregnancy (37 ~ 41 + 6 weeks pregnant women) were delivered. According to whether they were delivered or not, they were divided into planned delivery group (n = 60) and natural delivery group (n = 102). Results The cesarean section rate in planned delivery group was significantly higher than that in spontaneous delivery, and the vaginal delivery rate was significantly lower than that in spontaneous delivery group (P <0.05). In vaginal delivery of mothers, the planned delivery group of the first stage of labor and second stage of labor were higher than the natural delivery group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Planned delivery increases the rate of cesarean section, and prolongs the duration of labor. Natural delivery should be the first choice.
