在竞争日益激烈的市场环境下,为了提高市场竞争力,企业应当对经营管理予以高度重视,并制定科学合理的战略目标,使得企业内部管理与外部环境紧密联系在一起。企业在经营管理过程中,为了发挥经营管理的作用,应当构建业绩评价指标体系,为企业经营管理提供有利依据。因此,本文针对企业业绩评价指标体系构建及在企业经营管理中的应用进行了探讨,从而为企业日后的经营和发展方向做出科学合理的预测。
In an increasingly competitive market environment, in order to improve market competitiveness, enterprises should attach great importance to management and set a scientific and rational strategic goal so that the internal management of enterprises and the external environment are closely linked. In the course of operation and management, in order to give full play to the role of operation and management, an index system of performance evaluation should be established to provide favorable basis for the operation and management of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper discusses the construction of enterprise performance evaluation index system and its application in the business management, so as to make a scientific and reasonable prediction for the future operation and development of the enterprise.
