目的研究细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导分子(CD147)在精原细胞癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测65例精原细胞癌组织,10例正常睾丸组织,10例胚胎睾丸组织中CD147的表达情况,并对CD147表达与精原细胞癌各临床资料的关系进行统计学分析。结果胚胎睾丸组织,正常睾丸组织,及精原细胞癌CD147阳性率分别为:0%,0%,81.6%。CD147蛋白的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期和肿瘤分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论CD147检测有助于提高精原细胞癌的早期诊断率,有望成为反映肿瘤恶性程度及预后判断的标记物。
Objective To study the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (CD147) in spermatogonial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD147 in 65 cases of seminoma, 10 cases of normal testis and 10 cases of embryonic testes. The relationship between the expression of CD147 and the clinical data of spermatogonia was statistically analyzed analysis. Results The positive rates of CD147 in embryonic testes, normal testes and spermatogonia were 0%, 0% and 81.6% respectively. The expression of CD147 protein was positively correlated with tumor TNM stage and tumor differentiation (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of CD147 is helpful to improve the early diagnosis rate of spermatogonia, which is expected to be a marker reflecting the degree of malignancy and prognosis.
