中国植物保护学会植物检疫协会于1991年6月5～8日在上海举办了“全国青年植物检疫工作者学术研讨会”。出席会议的有来自全国口岸检疫、国内检疫、林木检疫、热作检疫、植检科研和教学等49个单位的85名青年代表。研讨会由植检协会副理事长姚文国主持,理事长陈仲梅致开幕词和作总结,动植物检疫总所副所长于湛莅会作了热情讲话。这次研讨会是我国第一届青年植物检疫工作者学术研讨会。这次会议的目地在于通过 Chinese Society of Plant Protection Institute of Plant Quarantine in June 1991 5 to 8 held in Shanghai, “National Youth Plant Quarantine workers Symposium.” Attending the meeting were 85 youth delegates from 49 units including the national port quarantine, domestic quarantine, quarantine trees, quarantine inspection, phytosanitary research and teaching.
