在城市供水管网建设中,钢管顶管技术作为一种非开挖施工方法,在解决穿越重要市政交叉道口排管中,已越来越受到广泛运用。本文对钢管顶管技术在供水排管工程中的应用进行了简单的阐述;介绍了顶管技术的组成:顶管机械设备及顶管工作坑;概括了顶管在设计与施工前期的准备工作及技术规范参数指标;列举了顶管机头选型的各种技术要求和适用条件,并对钢管顶管的顶力估算(触壁注浆减阻方式)、顶管施工中后座土体稳定、顶管工作坑的基坑支护方式、基坑地基加固方法和基坑支护稳定性计算进行了探讨,同时对钢管顶管具体施工的运用情况作了简单的描述。
In the construction of urban water supply network, as a non-excavation construction method, pipe jacking technology has become more and more widely used to solve the problem of piping passing through important municipal crossings.
