手部狭窄性腱鞘炎包括手指的屈肌腱鞘炎和手腕部的桡骨茎突、尺骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎。腱鞘炎的发病一般先经过一个急性期，急性期未治愈，则迁延发展为慢性期，以致产生弹响指、扳机指及手腕部活动障碍等。因此，腱鞘炎的急性期治疗较为关键。
