随着教育信息化和新课程改革的不断深入,信息技术教师面临着对于专业身份的认同不足、传统课程观念束缚以及教师评价制度不完善等诸多难题。教学效能感作为影响教师教学质量的一个重要因子,对信息技术教师的日常教学产生潜移默化的作用。唯有外部因素的推动和信息技术教师自身“免疫力”的增强,提高教学效能并走出教学困境才能成为可能。
With the deepening of educational informationization and new curriculum reform, IT teachers are faced with many problems such as the lack of recognition of professional identity, the restraint of traditional curriculum concepts and the imperfection of teachers’ evaluation system. Teaching efficacy as an important factor affecting the teaching quality of teachers, the daily teaching of information technology teachers have a subtle effect. Only by the promotion of external factors and information technology teachers themselves “immunity ” enhancement, improve teaching effectiveness and out of teaching difficulties to be possible.
