利用马氏体相变循环,对304不锈钢采用室温下拉伸30%后再于1073 K时效30 min完成一次相变循环。研究了相变循环次数对304不锈钢超塑性及显微组织的影响。结果表明,相变循环2次后,304不锈钢总伸长率为108%,达到超塑性。相变循环次数越多,超塑性越大,相变循环7次后超塑性达764%。相变循环次数越多,晶粒越细小、均匀;相变循环4次后,晶粒不再变化。
Using martensitic transformation cycle, the 304 stainless steel is stretched by 30% at room temperature and then the phase transformation is completed at 1073 K aging for 30 min. The effect of the number of transformation cycles on the superplasticity and microstructure of 304 stainless steel was investigated. The results show that the total elongation of 304 stainless steel is 108% after the phase transformation is cycled twice, reaching superplasticity. The more the phase change cycles, the greater the superplasticity, 764% superplasticity after 7 cycles of phase change. The more the number of phase transformation cycles, the finer and more uniform the crystal grains; after the phase change cycle of 4 times, the crystal grains no longer change.
