本文采用电喷雾 -串联四极杆 -飞行时间 ( ESI-QQ-TOF)质谱对生物样品中的乙氧苯柳胺、3 H-1 ,2 -二氢 -2 -( 4-甲基苯胺基 )甲基 -1 -吡咯里嗪酮 ( SFZ-4 7)和利胆酚的β-D-葡萄糖醛酸结合物进行了质谱分析。在负离子条件下均有响应 ,而且 MS2均产生碎片 m/ z1 75 .0 2 4 1与葡萄糖醛酸的负离子质量数吻合 ,MS3分析均产生 m/ z 1 1 3 .0 2 3 8即葡萄糖醛酸去掉一分子 H2 O和 CO2 。此规律可用于分析鉴定药物的葡萄糖醛酸结合物
