跟随经济全球化的高速发展,国内各企业也逐步实现与国际的接轨,企业内各项销售计划的制定对企业总体的发展也是起着不可磨灭的作用。面对企业竞争如此激烈的今天,企业要想真正立于不败之地,必须要从每个项目的前期就深入着手,对销售进行详细的计划,以实现对顾客的价值最大化。文中笔者结合自身多年的经营管理经验对企业销售计划的重要作用及深远意义进行了较为全面的阐述,以供广大读者参考借鉴。
