In recent years, due to the reduction of river sand resources, some coastal cities have used sea sand to mix concrete and mortar in construction activities, which has led to chloride ion corrosion in construction projects, reduced the durability of the project, and brought about project quality. Security risks. On March 13, 2013, CCTV 315 exposed Shenzhen Haisha Dangerous Building. Shenzhen has exposed problems such as cracking of residential floor slabs and cracks in the walls, and seepage of water on rainy days. According to the survey results of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the root cause of the problem was the use of large amounts of sea sand during construction. Excessive chloride ions in the sea sand will seriously corrode the steel in the building or even collapse. “Sea sand dangerous building” abounds in Shenzhen. Because sea sand can save half the cost, many unscrupulous developers choose to use “sea sand” as the construction concrete [1].
