WR2721是一种具有较高效价的辐射防护剂,对受照的正常细胞和肿瘤细胞能表现出选择性保护作用。Yuhas(1972)曾报道WR2721对受照小鼠的免疫系统有较明显的防护效果。Engers(1975)也曾指出在离体情况下小鼠混合白细胞培养液中加入WR2721可有效地增强杀伤性T淋巴细胞的活力。本文着重报道WR2721对X线局部照射的荷瘤小鼠外周血和胸腺T淋巴细胞的影响。材料和方法动物用本院饲养健康雄性C_(57)BL小鼠,日龄80天,体重20±0.5克。 WR2721 系我所七室合成。
WR2721 is a kind of radioprotector with higher valence and can selectively protect normal cells and tumor cells. Yuhas (1972) has reported that WR2721 has a clear protective effect on the immune system of irradiated mice. Engers (1975) also pointed out that the addition of WR2721 to mouse mixed leukocyte cultures in vitro can effectively enhance the viability of killer T lymphocytes. This article focuses on the effects of WR2721 on peripheral blood and thymus T lymphocytes in X-ray irradiated mice. Materials and Methods Animals Male C_(57)BL mice, a healthy male, were housed in this hospital and were 80 days old and weighed 20±0.5 g. WR2721 is my seven-room synthesis.
