目的建立一种用气相色谱-质谱法同时测定液体蚊香中4种禁用农药的方法。方法在EI模式下,以选择离子扫描(SIM)方式采集数据进行定量分析。结果 4种禁用农药在相应的质量范围内线性良好,相关系数r>0.998,加标回收率介于90%~110%之间,变异系数小于5%。结论该方法具有快速、简便、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,符合日常检测工作的需求。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 4 banned pesticides in liquid mosquito coils by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods In the EI mode, data were collected by selective ion scan (SIM) for quantitative analysis. Results Four banned pesticides showed a good linearity within the corresponding mass range with a correlation coefficient r> 0.998. The spiked recoveries ranged from 90% to 110% with a coefficient of variation of less than 5%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of fast, simple, high precision and accuracy, good linearity, in line with the needs of routine testing.
