合成了Cu(bipy)[BMA]·3H2O混配配合物单晶(BMAH2为苄基丙二酸),测定了其晶体结构.该晶体属于正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,晶胞参数:α=1.6593(3)nm,b=1.4673nm,c=1.6747(3)nm,Z=8.R和Rw分别为0.037和0.038.晶体结构表明分子间芳环堆砌作用和分子间氢键作用是此晶体形成的主要作用力.晶胞中的分子间芳环堆砌作用不同于已往的文献报道,具有分子识别的特点.
The crystal structure of Cu (bipy) [BMA] · 3H2O mixed complex was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system with space group Pbca. The unit cell parameters are: α = 1.6593 (3) nm, b = 1.4673 nm, c = 1.6747 (3) nm, Z = 8. R and Rw are 0.037 and 0.038, respectively. The crystal structure shows that the intermolecular aromatic ring packing and the intermolecular hydrogen bonding are the main forces that this crystal forms. The intermolecular aromatic ring packing in unit cell is different from the reported in the literature and has the characteristics of molecular recognition.
