目的:探讨应用成品可调式斜颈矫形器矫正先天性肌性斜颈术后残留畸形的效果。方法:成品可调式斜颈矫形器分大、中、小号,且每种型号还可以调节大小和角度。应用对象选择年龄2～18岁手术后仍有明显斜颈畸形患者25例,配戴该矫形器2～6个月,最长12个月,随访1～2年。结果:按疗效标准判定,优20例(80%),良4(16%),尚可1例(4%),均无复发。结论:本矫形器配戴快捷、固定确切、可靠、轻便,具有可调节性,不需取模制作,适用于先天性肌性斜颈术后患者,可明显提高矫形效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of adjusting the residual deformity of congenital muscular torticollis by using the finished product adjustable crooked-neck orthosis. Methods: Finished adjustable cusp orthosis in large, medium and small, and each model can also adjust the size and angle. Subjects 25 patients aged 2-18 years old with obvious torticollis were selected. The orthosis was worn for 2-6 months and the longest was 12 months, followed up for 1-2 years. Results: According to the standard of curative effect, there were 20 cases (80%) good, 4 good (16%), and 1 (4%) good, no recurrence. Conclusion: The orthotic device is quick to wear, accurate, reliable and portable. It is adjustable and does not require mold making. It is suitable for patients with congenital muscular torticollis and can significantly improve the orthopedic effect.
