建筑业是我国国民经济支柱性产业,为我国国民经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。随着国家经济发展的延续,建筑施工企业组织结构和队伍结构的大幅度调整,给建筑施工企业工会工作带来了新挑战。加强建筑施工企业工会建设可以有效提高企业的管理水平,也可以调动员工的工作积极性,从而促进企业稳定和发展。建筑施工企业工会必须清醒地认识和研究当前工会工作所遇到的新问题、新挑战,切实把企业工会建设成为组织健全、制度完善、维权到位、服务有力、作用明显、行政离不开、职工信得过的基层工会组织,不断探索适应新形势要求的国企工会工作新路子。
The construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy and has made tremendous contributions to the development of our national economy. With the continuation of the national economic development, the substantial adjustment of organizational structure and team structure of construction enterprises has brought new challenges to the trade union work in construction enterprises. Strengthening the construction of trade unions building construction enterprises can effectively improve the management level of enterprises, employees can also mobilize the enthusiasm to promote the stability and development of enterprises. The trade unions of construction enterprises must clearly recognize and study the new problems and new challenges encountered by the trade unions so as to effectively establish the trade unions of enterprises into a well-organized, well-established system with well-rights protection, effective service and obvious functions. Trustworthy grass-roots trade unions and organizations, continue to explore new ways to meet the requirements of the new situation in trade union work.
