机修工作中,经常会遇到因球轴承支架破碎后,轴承内圈箍在轴颈上,而轴承的外圈则卡在设备本体的轴承孔座中。以往的处理方法是用铜棒或铁棒以及其它一些工具顶在轴承的外圈上,用手锤来敲打取出,效率较低。为此我们设计了球轴承外圈拉出工具。工作夹头2(附图)的圆弧面与被卸轴承外圈滑道内弧面相配合,其余各部尺寸可根据情况选取。制作时工作夹头整体加工后沿中心线铣为对称两部分,开口尺寸10mm。塞铁5厚度为10mm,宽度略小于夹头柄部直径,
