为探讨耳外科术使用消毒药物出现感觉神经性聋的发病机理.在豚鼠中耳使用碘附.经组织化学方法研究,显示能使内耳Ca~(2+)ATPase活性明显下降。Ca~(2+)ATPase即钙泵、存在于细胞生物膜上.对保持细胞Ca~(2+)的相对衡定有重要作用。碘附对内耳的毒性作用是I~+经圆窗膜透入内耳后.卤化蛋白质使酶失活,从而导致血管纹维持耳蜗内环境及毛细胞听觉转换功能的丧失。
In order to investigate the pathogenesis of sensory nerve deafness using disinfectant in otitis media, Iodine was applied to the middle ear of guinea pigs, and the histochemical study showed that the activity of Ca ~ (2 +) ATPase in the inner ear decreased obviously. Ca ~ (2+) ATPase, a calcium pump, exists in cell biofilms and plays an important role in maintaining the relative balance of Ca ~ (2+) in cells. Iodine attached to the toxic effects of the inner ear is I ~ + through the round window membrane penetration into the inner ear. Halogenated protein inactivation of the enzyme, resulting in the maintenance of vascular cochlea and the auditory cochlear hair loss.
