现有薄煤层采煤机在运行过程中,电缆夹板随采煤机来回随动拖拉。电缆夹板重叠高度会高出采煤机机面安装的拖缆装置,从而电缆夹板无法通过电缆托架,造成电缆夹憋卡,导致挤伤水管、电缆等事故。介绍一种拖缆装置,在电缆夹板的高度高于拖缆装置安装位置时,能够调整拖缆装置的高度,避免以上问题出现。该系统具有结构简单,容易实现,操作方便等优点。
The existing thin coal seam shearer in the operation process, the cable cleat with the shearer follow-and-drag. The overlapping height of the cable splint will be higher than the streamer device installed on the shearer’s plane so that the cable splint can not pass through the cable tray, resulting in jamming of the cable clamp, which may cause water pipes and cables to be squeezed. Describes a streamer device that can adjust the height of a streamer device when the cleat height is higher than the streamer device mounting position to avoid the above problems. The system has the advantages of simple structure, easy realization and convenient operation.
