对市场信息敏锐的嗅觉和快速的反应能力,是湖南石油2014年实现逆势突围的关键。2014年以来,湖南石油积极应对经济下行、油价下跌、竞争激烈带来的巨大压力,通过不断强化预判能力,运用围棋挂、碰、挖、点四步法,经营规模和客户群体不断扩大,直分销经营增速逐月加快,二季度连续突破10万吨大关,三、四季度月均突破12万吨,全年直分销同比增长20%以上,创四年来新高,实现逆势突围。同时,湖南石油获得中国石化集团直分销先进红旗3面,资源先进红旗2面,同比增速升至系统内前三位。
A keen sense of smell and rapid response to market information is the key to Hunan Oil’s breakthrough in 2014. Since 2014, Hunan Petroleum has taken the initiative to cope with the tremendous pressure caused by the economic downturn, oil price declines and intense competition. By continuously strengthening the ability of anticipation and using the four steps of hanging, touching, digging and spotting, the scale of operation and customer base are constantly expanding. The growth of direct distribution business accelerated month by month. In the second quarter, it continuously exceeded 100,000 tons. In the third and fourth quarters, the average monthly sales volume exceeded 120,000 tons. The direct distribution throughout the year increased by more than 20% over the same period of last year, setting a record high in four years and achieving a breakthrough in the contrarian situation. At the same time, Hunan Petroleum obtained the direct distribution of advanced red flag of China Petrochemical Corporation on three sides and the resource of advanced red flag on two sides, with the year-on-year growth rate reaching the top three positions in the system.
