激光传感器标定准确性直接影响激光传感器的测量准确性,为了提高激光传感器的标定精度,利用坐标测量机(CMM)的优点,提出一种基于CMM的激光传感器的标定方法。首先构建基于坐标测量机的激光传感器标定数学模型,以描述光学畸变、CCD感光阵列误差对标定结果的影响,然后采用最小二乘支持向量机对激光传感器参数标定进行拟合,并通过引入布谷鸟搜索算法解决最小二乘支持向量机参数优化难题,实验结果表明,本文方法可以提高激光传感器摄像机参数标定的精度,相对其他激光传感器参数标定方法,标定结果具有显著的优越性。
The accuracy of laser sensor calibration directly affects the accuracy of laser sensor measurement. In order to improve the calibration accuracy of laser sensor, a CMM-based laser sensor calibration method is proposed based on the advantages of CMM. Firstly, a mathematical model of laser sensor calibration based on CMM was constructed to describe the effect of optical distortion and CCD array error on the calibration results. Then, the least square support vector machine was used to fit the laser sensor calibration. Search algorithm to solve the parameter optimization problem of least squares support vector machine. The experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of laser sensor camera calibration, which has significant advantages over other laser sensor calibration methods and calibration results.
