检测过繁性紫癜性肾炎急性期12例，活动性肾病14例，周围血中T细胞亚群分布和血清白细胞介素2受体改变，提示二者细胞免疫紊乱各有其特征。泰胃美基本可纠正后者的细胞免疫异常，提示该药有免疫调节作用。
Detection of 12 cases of acute purpura nephritis in acute stage, 14 cases of active nephropathy, peripheral blood T cell subsets distribution and serum interleukin 2 receptor changes, suggesting that both cellular immune disorders have their own characteristics. Tai Weimei can basically correct the latter’s cellular immune abnormalities, suggesting that the drug has an immunomodulatory effect.
