目前收费亭内的收费操作设施摆放位置不当、桌椅高度不合理等致使收费员工作舒适性差,职业病患病率高。在对收费员人体尺寸和工作状况进行的大量调查基础上,基于人体工程学,以人体静态尺寸为依据,对操作台与座椅的高度给出了合理建议;以人体动态尺寸为依据,对收费亭内的部分设施(点钞机、票据打印机、零钱箱、键盘、显示器、钱票箱)进行了人性化的摆放。通过优化,以达到提高工作人员的工作舒适度与工作效率的目的。
