1996年3月14日～12月14日我们以先灵保雅公司生产的干扰素(intron A)单药治疗晚期肾癌1例,取得PR疗效.此患者年龄76岁,有慢性支气管炎、肺心病20余年,体质差,不能耐受化疗.患者因左肾癌于1995年12月作左肾切除术,术后一年胸部 CT发现两肺转移.我们给予Intron A单药治疗,用法如下:Intron A 300mu肌注,3次/日,百服宁用Inron A前半小时口服,3次/日,预防发热.冶疗2周后,患者胸闷气急好转,复查陶片,两肺病灶明显缩小.继给予干扰能300mu肌注,3次/日,隔日使用,治疗3月后,1996年3月19日胸部CT显示:左上肺转移灶消失,右下肺转移灶仅见一结节.达PR,说明较大剂量干扰素治疗晚期肾癌具有较好疗效.
From March 14 to December 14, 1996, we treated 1 case of advanced renal cell carcinoma with intron A monotherapy, which was produced by Schering-Plow Corporation, and achieved the PR effect. The patient, aged 76 years, had chronic bronchitis, Pulmonary heart disease for more than 20 years, poor health, can not tolerate chemotherapy patients with left renal cell carcinoma in December 1995 for left nephrectomy, chest CT one year after the discovery of two lung metastases, we give Intron A monotherapy, use the following : Intron A 300mu intramuscular injection, 3 times / day, abercrombie deutschland, abercrombie and fitch, abercrombie and fitch, abercrombie and fitch, abercrombie france, 100 serving rather Inron A half an hour before oral administration, 3 times / day, to prevent fever .Treatment 2 weeks later, patients with chest tightness, acute refresher, ceramic, lung lesions significantly reduced. Given interference can 300mu intramuscular injection, 3 times / day, every other day use, after 3 months of treatment, March 19, 1996 chest CT showed: left upper lung metastases disappear, right lower lung metastasis only see a nodule. Higher dose of interferon for advanced renal cell carcinoma has a good effect.
