为探讨激光经胸腔镜治疗周围性肺癌的可行性,采用8只家犬,经胸腔镜用NdYAG激光热凝肺组织。光纤末端功率5W,照射距离为0.3cm~0.5cm,光斑直径为0.4cm,垂直照射40s~70s,能量密度为1600J/cm2~2800J/cm2。X线胸片未见气胸和出血并发症。病理学观察14天~28天,照射部位形成约1cm×1cm×1cm大小的致密结缔组织。初步提示,NdYAG激光经胸腔镜治疗肺部肿瘤是可行的。
To investigate the feasibility of using thoracoscopic laser to treat peripheral lung cancer, 8 dogs were used to perform thermal coagulation of lung tissue with thoracoscopic NdYAG laser. The fiber end power is 5W, the irradiation distance is 0.3cm-0.5cm, the spot diameter is 0.4cm, the vertical irradiation is 40s-70s, and the energy density is 1600J/cm2-2800J/cm2. There were no pneumothorax and bleeding complications on the X-ray. Pathological observations From 14 days to 28 days, a dense connective tissue with a size of about 1 cm×1 cm×1 cm was formed at the irradiation site. It is suggested that NdYAG laser is feasible for thoracoscopic treatment of lung tumors.
