百草枯(Paraquat)是一种季胺类除草剂,在喷洒药物时可致意外中毒,也有用其自杀的案例报告,死亡率分别高达50％及90％。国外对百草枯的研究较多,而国内仅见有其急性中毒动物的实验病理学研究的报道。我院从1989年至1994年先后收治四例现报告如下。 例一:韩×,女,17岁,7天前误服百草枯约60ml,服后即感恶心,上腹阵痛,并呕吐黄色水样胃内容物。4天前出现口腔、咽部疼 Paraquat, a quaternary herbicide, can cause accidental poisoning when it is sprayed.
