目的探讨畜禽生肉及养殖环境表面分离的25株金黄色葡萄球菌对10种抗生素的耐药性。方法收集畜禽生肉及养殖环境表面标本300份,采用VITEK2 Compact全自动微生物生化鉴定仪及血浆凝固酶实验对金黄色葡萄球菌进行分离鉴定,依据WS/T125-1999标准对25株金黄色葡萄球菌进行体外抗菌药物敏感性试验。结果 25株金黄色葡萄球菌对10种抗生素耐药率从高到低依次为苯唑西林100.0%、红霉素68.0%、庆大霉素60.0%、克林霉素52.0%、氧氟沙星48.0%、环丙沙星24.0%、万古霉素20.0%、四环素12.0%、氯霉素4.0%、复方磺胺甲唑0.0%。结论 25株金黄色葡萄球菌对苯唑西林、红霉素、庆大霉素、克林霉素均有较高的耐药性。
Objective To investigate the resistance of 10 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from the surface of livestock and poultry meat and culture environment to 10 kinds of antibiotics. Methods 300 samples of raw meat and culture environment were collected. Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified by VITEK2 Compact automatic biochemical analyzer and coagulase test. According to the standard of WS / T125-1999, 25 strains of Staphylococcus aureus In vitro antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Results The resistance rates of 25 strains of Staphylococcus aureus to 10 antibiotics were as follows: oxacillin 100.0%, erythromycin 68.0%, gentamicin 60.0%, clindamycin 52.0%, ofloxacin 48.0%, ciprofloxacin 24.0%, vancomycin 20.0%, tetracycline 12.0%, chloramphenicol 4.0% and compound sulfamethoxazole 0.0%. Conclusion 25 strains of Staphylococcus aureus to oxacillin, erythromycin, gentamicin, clindamycin have higher resistance.
