目的:探讨一种不用常规扁桃体摘除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的新方法。方法:采用微波热凝方法使慢性扁桃体炎组织凝固、萎缩。结果:治疗19例患者,扁桃体组织均缩小,扁桃体炎症消除,无复发病例。结论:微波热凝术可替代扁桃体摘除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎,且该方法简单、无出血、疗效好、费用低、无明显并发症。 Objective: To explore a new method for the treatment of chronic tonsillitis without conventional tonsillectomy. Methods: Chronic tonsillitis tissue was coagulated and atrophied by microwave thermocoagulation. Results: The treatment of 19 patients, tonsil tissue were reduced, eliminate tonsil inflammation, no recurrence. Conclusion: Microwave thermocoagulation can replace tonsillectomy for chronic tonsillitis, and the method is simple, without bleeding, with good curative effect, low cost and no obvious complication.
