本文采用四种青霉素注射溶媒,分三阶段注射在68只健康幼仔兔前后肢上,结果显示2%苯甲醇+青霉素组及2%单纯苯甲醇组致兔肢功能障碍发生率分别为80.00%和76.67%,1%苯甲醇+青霉素组为56.67%,2%利多卡因+青毒素组及单纯0.2%利多卡因组分别为6.67%和0%,生理盐水+青霉素组及单纯生理盐水组分别为6.67%和0%。提示2%、1%苯甲醇能致兔肌挛缩症,0.2%利多卡因可作为青霉素注射溶媒。
In this paper, four kinds of penicillin injection vehicle were used and injected into the anterior and posterior limbs of 68 healthy pups in three stages. The results showed that the incidence of rabbit limb dysfunction was 80% in 2% benzyl alcohol + penicillin group and 2% pure benzyl alcohol group respectively. 00% and 76.67%, 56.67% in 1% benzyl alcohol + penicillin group, 6.67% and 0% in 2% lidocaine + penicillin group and 0.2% Saline + penicillin group and saline group were 6.67% and 0% respectively. Tip 2%, 1% benzyl alcohol can cause rabbit muscle contracture, 0.2% lidocaine can be used as a penicillin injection vehicle.
