目的初步探讨河北省磁县食管癌高发的影响因素,为食管癌高发区制定综合防制提供理论依据。方法对212例食管癌患者和220例健康的人群,分别使用临床资料和健康人群流行病学表进行调查,分析磁县食管癌高发的影响因素。结果Ⅰ级BMI在食管癌组患者中所占比例9.0%(19/212)明显高于健康对照组1.4%(3/220) 结论 (1)Ⅰ级BMI者患食管癌前病变和食管癌的风险较其它级别体质指数者要高。(2)采用内镜下碘染色加指示性活检技术,能够做到早发现、早诊断。(3)本研究显示食管癌多发生在50岁以上,家庭生活条件差,文化程度低的人群。
Objective To explore the influential factors of high incidence of esophageal cancer in Cixian County, Hebei Province, and to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive prevention and control of esophageal cancer in high incidence areas. Methods 212 cases of esophageal cancer patients and 220 healthy population were investigated by using clinical data and epidemiological tables of healthy population separately to analyze the influencing factors of high incidence of esophageal cancer in Cixian. Results Grade Ⅰ BMI in esophageal cancer patients was 9.0% (19/212) significantly higher than that in healthy controls 1.4% (3/220) Conclusion (1) Grade Ⅰ BMI patients with esophageal precancerous lesions and esophageal cancer Risks than other levels of the BMI is higher. (2) using endoscopic iodine staining plus the indicated biopsy technology, can do early detection, early diagnosis. (3) This study shows that esophageal cancer occurs in people over 50 years of age with poor family life and low educational level.
