通过室内和现场试验研究,确定了原油磁处理效果与原油温度、磁感应强度、原油含水率及磁处理时间的关系,明确了磁降粘减阻效果的保持时间,分析了磁处理作用机理,研制出适合于原油集输用的磁处理器,由此对原油磁处理降粘减阻技术的各种参数做了较全面的优选:适宜的磁感应强度范围100~250mT,较好的磁处理温度范围35~42℃,在1~10s的范围内磁处理时间越长越好,磁降粘减阻的有效保持时间约4h,原油磁降粘减阻效果随原油含水率的上升而下降,其磁降粘减阻率范围80%~20%。在原油集输中应用该项技术,可减少掺液量或降低掺液温度,并降低原油输送温度5~10℃,部分低产液量、低含水油井能够实现不加热集油。
The relationship between magnetic oil treatment effect and crude oil temperature, magnetic induction intensity, crude oil moisture content and magnetic treatment time was determined through laboratory and field experiments. The holding time of magnetic reduction and viscosity reduction was clarified. The mechanism of magnetic treatment was analyzed. Suitable for the collection and transportation of crude oil with a magnetic processor, thereby reducing the viscosity of crude oil magnetic drag reduction technology to make a more comprehensive optimization of various parameters: suitable magnetic induction intensity range of 100 ~ 250mT, better magnetic processing temperature range 35 ~ 42 ℃, in the range of 1 ~ 10s, the longer the magnetic treatment time is, the better the holding time of magnetic drop resistance is about 4h. The effect of magnetic viscosity reduction and drag reduction of crude oil decreases with the increase of the moisture content of crude oil. The magnetic Viscosity reduction drag rate range of 80% to 20%. Applying this technology in crude oil gathering and transportation can reduce the dosage of liquid or decrease the temperature of liquid mixing, and reduce the temperature of crude oil transportation by 5 ~ 10 ℃. Some oil-producing wells with low production and low water content can achieve oil-free heating.
