Also given is the elevation of the overflow weir crest; the relationship between the reservoir water level and the volume of the reservoir: W = f (h); and the design flood discharge process line: Q = F (T). It is required to calculate: the maximum discharge flow through the weir to develop its required size. The complexity of the problem is that it is impossible to find the solution directly. In the case of a book about the size of a discharge structure, the book on general discharge has been discussed in detail for the calculation of the maximum discharge flow rate, but the authors are not involved in this article.
