本文基于胜任力模型理论,运用关键行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法,对供电企业生产类员工进行实地调研。通过探索性因子分析,初步构建生产类岗位胜任力模型结构,通过验证性因子分析,检验胜任力模型的理论结构与样本数据的适配性。最终构建了涉及计划推行、自我管理、独立与合作、思维与体能、学习与发展、风险与成本六个维度,包括22项胜任指标的供电企业生产类岗位胜任力模型。
Based on the competency model theory, this article uses the key behavior event interview method and the questionnaire survey method to conduct on-the-spot investigation of production-oriented employees in power supply enterprises. Through exploratory factor analysis, we initially construct the competency model of production posts and verify the adaptability of the theoretical structure and sample data of competency models through confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, it builds job competency model of power supply enterprise which involves six dimensions including planning, self-management, independence and cooperation, thinking and physical ability, learning and development, risk and cost, including 22 competency indicators.
